For this recipe you will need-

  • One box of Macaroni
  • 1 Cup of parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 a cup of shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 a cup of shredded Italian cheese
  • 1 cup of buffalo wing sauce
  • 1/4 Onion
  • 2 cloves of Garlic
  • Cayenne Seasoning
  • Red Pepper Flakes
  • Optional Bacon bits
  • 1 Chicken breast
  • A couple spoonfuls of butter

1. Macaroni

First you need to boil a pot of water, basically turn the stovetop on high and fill a pot with water, add a little bit of salt to it for shits and giggles. Pour in your box of macaroni elbows and stir till they are not crunchy anymore. Drain the water from the pot and set to the side.

2. Chicken

Turn the stovetop on to the medium setting drop in a nice glob of butter and spread it around the pan. Add in some chopped onions and garlic, make sure to brown them all evenly and get the butter all over. Take you chicken breast and rub it with the cayenne and red pepper flakes. Drop in your chicken breast and cook it evenly on both sides, cut into the meatiest part and check to make sure it isn’t pink anywhere. (Salmonella sucks ass) Cut it into small cubes or shred it with a fork and knife (Dealers choice, both are delicious)

3. Mix It All Up

Dump the chicken in the pot and mix it in with a fork, pour in your buffalo sauce making sure to coat everything evenly. Add the parmesan cheese to help soak up any excess wing sauce, keep stirring in the butter, onions, and garlic. Throw in the cheese till it gets stringy and you’re all set.

4. Serve

This recipe should serve around four people, it refrigerates well, so for any leftovers I recommend topping it with a little more cheese and some bacon. Put it in the microwave for 2 minutes mix and enjoy.
